Orders placed here are real. To get a delivery to you we collect your name, email, phone number and delivery address. We deliver cash on delivery only, so no card or payment details are ever entered on this site or held by us.

Your bag, saved toys and comparison list are stored in your own browser's local storage. They stay on your device until you check out — we only see them once an order is actually placed.

We use Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram) to understand how people use the site and to run and measure our ads. It records things like the pages and products you view, searches you make, and whether you add something to your bag, wishlist, or complete an order — this tells us which ads and pages actually lead to a sale.

The Pixel sets its own first-party cookies (_fbp, and _fbc if you arrived via a Facebook or Instagram ad) to tie a visit together. We don't send Meta your name, email or address — only the browsing and order events above, attached to your browser rather than to you by name. If you've also engaged with our ads on Facebook or Instagram, Meta's own matching may connect the two on their end; that is governed by Meta's privacy policy, not ours.

You can block this at any time with an ad blocker, your browser's tracking-protection setting, or Facebook's own Ad Preferences (Settings → Ad preferences). Blocking it does not affect your ability to browse or buy.

We keep order records — what was ordered, delivery details, and order status — for as long as needed to handle a delivery issue or return, and to meet tax record-keeping requirements. Everything else is deleted on request.

Wherever you're ordering from, you can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We answer within thirty days and never charge for it.
