The rules of buying from us. We have tried to write them in the way we would explain them out loud.
Ordering from us
This is a working store — orders placed here are real, and your toys will arrive. We deliver cash on delivery only, so there is nowhere on this site to enter a card at all: checkout only asks for your delivery details, and you pay the courier when it reaches you.
Orders
An order is confirmed the moment you place it — you'll get an email straight away, and another each time it moves: processing, shipped, then delivered.
Because it's cash on delivery, nothing is charged until the courier hands it over. Either side can cancel before it ships, at no cost to you.
If we ever listed something at an obviously wrong price we would contact you rather than silently cancel or ship it anyway, and you would decide whether to continue.
Safety and age ratings
Age markings are a safety floor set by EN 71, not a difficulty rating. A toy marked 3+ usually means it contains small parts. Please treat the marking as a minimum rather than a suggestion.
Adult supervision is assumed for anything involving tools, magnets, batteries or small parts.
